They send a WhatsApp message — a voice note, a photo of the slip, or typed, in whatever language they speak. It reaches you as a priced, structured order you can check and bill. No app for them to download. No training.

Everything a distributor does — the stock, the credit, the delivery van, the margins — hangs off one moment: a chemist deciding to send you their order instead of someone else. That moment happens on a phone, in a hurry, at the counter, while a customer waits.
When a chemist can't reach you, they don't wait. They call the next distributor on their list, and once someone else has supplied that line, the habit starts moving. The easiest stockist to order from tends to keep the counter.
A wrong strength or a wrong brand comes back as a return: a delivery run wasted, stock that may not resell, an argument about credit, and a chemist who now checks your invoices line by line. The margin on that order is gone long before the goods are back on the shelf.
Orders arrive as calls, messages and slips, and someone converts them into the system by hand. That person is the bottleneck at the busiest hour, and every line they retype is a line that can be mistyped.
A spoken order leaves no record. When a chemist says they asked for ten and you sent five, there is nothing to look at. RxStockLink keeps the original voice note, photo or message attached to the order — so the question is answered in seconds, not argued.
A chemist will not install an app, learn a portal, or type in English at the counter. They will send a voice note in their own language while serving a customer. Meeting them there is the difference between a system that gets used and one that gets bypassed.
Nothing here asks your chemists to change how they work. They keep using WhatsApp exactly as they do today. What changes is your side: the order arrives written down, priced, matched to your stock and batches, ready for you to check and bill — with the original message kept beside it.
Voice notes, photos of handwritten slips, and typed lists — in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Marathi, English, or a mix. Short forms and misspellings are matched against a database of over 240,000 Indian medicine brands.
Every line is matched to your own catalogue. If a chemist asks for a brand you don't carry, they're offered what you do have — with prices — and choose by tapping. Nothing is ever substituted without them agreeing.
Orders are filled from the batch expiring soonest, and the invoice cites the batch and expiry actually supplied. A panel shows what's expiring in the next 90 days, so it moves before it becomes a write-off.
GST invoices with HSN codes, batch numbers, expiry, and D.L. numbers — CGST/SGST or IGST worked out from the buyer's state, numbered sequentially per financial year.
Chemists can put an order on credit with one tap. You see who owes what, record part-payments, and print a statement for any chemist.
The voice note, the photo, and the text stay attached to the order. If there's ever a dispute about what was asked for, you play it back.
RxStockLink reads orders and keeps records. It does not supply medicines and holds no drug licence. Nothing is dispatched automatically — every order waits for you to confirm it.
As the licensed distributor you remain responsible for checking each order before you accept it, for verifying that the buyer is entitled to receive what you supply under the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, for Schedule H, H1 and X requirements, for your prices under the DPCO, and for the accuracy of the invoices and registers you issue. Automatic reading of speech and handwriting is not perfect — always check the drug, strength, quantity, batch and price.
Every sale is a contract between the distributor and the chemist. You are the supplier for GST — the tax charged, its remittance, your returns and e-invoicing are yours, as is any question of input tax credit for the chemist. Credit terms, collection, delivery, shortages and returns sit between the two of you. RxStockLink records and prepares; it is not a party to the supply and carries no billing, tax or regulatory liability for either side.
Import your item list from a CSV or your existing software, or add items by hand. Include batch and expiry to get expiry rotation and near-expiry alerts.
Each chemist scans it once from their own phone. That links them to you. They never install anything or create an account.
However they like — speaking, photographing the slip, or typing. If something is unclear or out of stock, the chemist is asked and taps an answer.
The order arrives on your dashboard for review. Nothing leaves your shelf until you accept it — that's when stock is deducted and the invoice is generated.
They get a WhatsApp message with the invoice number and amount when you accept, or your reason if you can't supply it.
You pay. Your chemists never do. Every plan includes GST billing, khata, expiry rotation and payments — the tiers differ only by size. Pay for ten months when you pay yearly.
Prices exclude GST. Start with 14 days free — no card needed.
RxStockLink uses one WhatsApp business number to receive orders on behalf of the distributors who subscribe to it.
Only retail chemists who have started a conversation with us, normally by scanning their own distributor's QR code. We never message a number that has not contacted us first, and we do not buy or upload contact lists.
Messages about that chemist's own orders and account only — order received, questions about an item, confirmation or decline, invoice details, and khata balances. We do not send promotional messages, offers or advertising.
Reply STOP to the RxStockLink number at any time and we will stop messaging that number immediately, and keep a record so it stays honoured. Reply START if you want to order again later.
RxStockLink does not charge chemists anything. Standard data charges from your mobile operator may apply.
Put your stock in, send one chemist your QR code, and see the first order arrive. If it doesn't save you time, stop.
