Not how a product demo says they should. We build applications for people who are busy, on a phone, mid-shift — and who will abandon anything that asks them to change how they already work.
Chemists order from their distributor by WhatsApp — a voice note, a photo of the slip, or typed, in any Indian language. It arrives as a priced, batch-matched order the distributor checks and bills. The chemist installs nothing and learns nothing.
| Item | Batch | Qty | Rate |
|---|---|---|---|
| Crocin 500 | A2·11/26 | 10 | ₹32 |
| Azithral 500 | K7·03/27 | 5 | ₹78 |
| Dolo 650 | D1·06/27 | 2 box | ₹22 |
| Total with GST | ₹1,043 | ||
More applications are in development. If you run a business with a problem shaped like this one — orders, records or compliance arriving as messages and paper — we would like to hear about it.
The best interface is usually one someone already knows. A chemist will send a voice note on WhatsApp while serving a customer; they will not open a portal. Software that ignores this gets bypassed, however good it is.
Every feature has a way to be verified before it reaches a real customer. We build the test path first — it is slower to start and far cheaper than finding out in production.
In regulated work — medicines, tax, records — software should prepare and present, never quietly decide. Nothing consequential happens in our applications without a qualified person confirming it.
Invoices, registers and ledgers have to be right years later, in front of an inspector or an auditor. We design for that horizon, not for the demo.
Applications for operational work: order capture, records, billing and compliance for businesses that run on phones, paper and conversation.
India, for Indian regulation — GST, drug licensing, state-level rules and the realities of a distribution floor.
Owner-run businesses. The people who answer the phone, sign the invoices and carry the risk themselves.
Our product RxStockLink uses the WhatsApp Business Platform so that retail chemists can send purchase orders to their pharmaceutical distributor. This is business-to-business messaging between licensed businesses.
A chemist is messaged only once they have started the conversation, normally by scanning their own distributor's QR code. We never buy, upload or import contact lists.
Order received, questions about an item, confirmation or decline, invoice details and credit balances. No promotional messages, offers or advertising are sent.
Any recipient can reply STOP at any time. We stop immediately and keep the record so it stays honoured. START resumes it.
